My Breathwork specialist instructed me to get some wheat packs as weight for my tummy to help with my trauma recovery training. I remembered coming across this online awhile ago and thought what a nice idea that these come scented. So I ordered myself two of these packs and glad that I did, aside from using them for breathing, I use them as eye packs to help ease myself to sleep, when I find myself triggered in flight mode with stiff neck and shoulders, I use them on my shoulders to weigh them done to maintain presence and grounding. I don’t own a microwave, but still glad that these have so many uses.
